Recipe for: Scalloped Pineapple

Let me share my favorite recipe with you. I take this one to all the pot luck suppers!

Scalloped Pineapple

Combine 3 whole eggs (beaten), 1/2 C sugar, and 1 large can crushed pineapple (incl. juice) in a 2 quart buttered casserole dish.  Mix well.

Add 3 slices of cubed bread and a dash of vanilla. Mix again. Dot with 1/4 C butter.

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 mins.
